Returns are accepted with 100% refund for 14 days
after receiving the order. Any item that is
non-returnable will be labeled in the product
description. Money will be refunded as originally
paid within 10 days of receiving the authorized
return. An item returned due to customer
dissatisfaction will not have a restocking fee
attached. The option of repair to any damaged item
from shipping or handling will be in effect for 14
days after receiving the order. All hand tied items
carry the same return policy.
